Dear Newport Coast Auto,

I recently purchased a car from you guys and I wanted to say something about what a positive experience it was.  We've all heard stories or had experiences with "The Used Car Salesman".  My experience couldn't of been farther from that stereo type.  I live 1,200 miles away and was very nervous about the transaction and the whole process being a virgin in such areas.  Paul Passero located the exact car I was looking for, secured it for me at a bargain price and held my hand through-out the process of shipping the cars both ways!  We must of exchanged 50 e-mails, not because the transaction required that many, but because I needed the positive reinforcement to keep my nerve.  His patience was matched only by his sense of humor over the whole situation.  In one transaction he has developed such a level of trust with me that I now consider him my personal car shopper and plan to have him locate another Porsche for my wife.  I had no idea car shopping could be like that!
